Box is a content management service aimed at small teams and businesses. It offers collaboration tools, simplifies online file storage, replaces FTP and connects teams in online workspaces. The free subscription allows for 1 GB storage, 5 collaboration folders, and 25 MB file upload.

We have added Google Apps, and more productivity tools and task managers, including The Big Picture, Doris, and Stixy, social calendar Dingbee, mind-mapping tools bubbl.us and Mind42, and diagramming application Lucidchart.

Twiddla
Twiddla is a free, no-setup, web-based meeting playground. This easy co-browsing tool will let you and your team mark up any image or websites collaboratively and in real time.

Building43
Built by Robert Scoble and hosting site Rackspace, Building43 is a place for people fanatical about the internet. The new video content and social networking community brings together entrepreneurs and those responsible for the latest web technologies.

Cubescape
An online design tool to create 3D pixel art on a large canvas. The controls are super-simple, consisting of colored and clear blocks you drop and arrange into patterns, and a tool to destroy your errors. Save your design and share the time-lapse animation of how you built it.

JacksonPollock.org is another creative tool to create your own Jackson Pollock masterpiece, and visual search engine The Multicolr Search Lab will bring you a selection of images from over 10 million Creative Commons photos on Flickr based on the colour you pick.

The Photo Stream
The Photo Stream delivers news at a glance. The latest buzz and newsworthy content is displayed through a rich photo interface. Hover the mouse on an image to see the news content on the footer of the page. Publishers can freely submit their content to the stream.
