This is great. I wasn’t a big fan of the previous layout, but this might clinch the change for me.

Sweet. I have a classic laptop with a 15-inch screen. I’ve installed Jolicloud before, but it was very slow and didn’t fit my screen. This will most likely fix the screen issue, but we’ll see about the slowness. I guess it is/was because the hardware isn’t officially supported, but that might have changed now. We’ll see.

I love Jolicloud, but the tiny top icon bar is what keeps me from making this my main laptop OS. Even in the pic you posted above, look how tiny that black bar is. Other than that, I adore Jolicloud.

I love the current theme, is one of the things that I like the most from Jolicloud. So if my netbook is only 10″, that means that I’ll continue having the same theme, right?

This is why I like Jolicloud, you keep on updating. I hope when the final release goes out the upgrade would not be time consuming. Kudos! Now I can use wall papers

Sine I downloaded this update, I can’t use my webcam anymore ! Indeed, when I want to use Cheese, the program just open up and close directly, or when I want to use my webcam via Flash (like on chatroulette, etc), I can’t get to allow flash using it.

I have an eeePC 1000HE.

Can you help me, please ?

Ref. the vertical height of the top bar, I don’t think you need to increase it more than a touch if at all. Here is a screenshot of my remote controlled 19″ desktop, shown on a 21.5″ iMac - http://www.evernote.com/pub/gfraser/jolicloud

Having the same issue with the pre-final build. Cheese will open and then quickly close down. MSI Wind U100. Previously worked fine.

Since I changed to the desktop mode, all the little blue house buttom (I guess its the home icon) in the top left corner does is hiding all windows and shows the home screen - however that makes it impossible for me to find the apps that i have added if they are not on my desktop. When I first changed, it worked perfectly and I would get the same menu as the screenshot shows, but now it just minimizes everything - this is a huge pain in the …! Can somebody please help me, cause I really like Jolicloud but can only asses like half of my apps!

This is the is a great addiion to Jolicloud! I wasn’t fond of the original netbook mode. Liking Jolicloud very much!

Switched to desktop mode and then back to netbook mode and lost my netbook mode background…went to preferences to reapply it and won’t come back. Other than thaty love the OS!!!
