Systems Administrator

Jolicloud is looking for an experienced system administrator with a strong desire to participate in running high-traffic web sites. You are an excellent team player and eager to join a fast moving start-up.
Responsibilities
- Manage the infrastructure that runs Jolicloud.com to ensure maximum performance and uptime.
- Plan, manage and lead server hardware deployment and upgrade efforts of varying size and complexity.
- Lead the design, build and deployment of the tools needed to support the infrastructure.
- Work with our service providers to resolve issues and perform updates.
- Provide a variety of root-cause analysis for service failures.
Knowledge and skills required
- Proven track record as a systems administrator with Unix/Linux.
- Strong experience with Node.JS, MongoDB & MySQL.
- Experience with Ruby on Rails, Git, varnish, nginx, haproxy, memcache.
- Solid JavaScript programming skills.
- Security auditing skills.
