Jolicloud is looking for a User Interface Designer to help us to develop a mindblowing user experience. You will play an active role in all aspects of the design development process.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with product management to translate user needs into concepts and elegant user experience design.
• Create and maintain high-level wireframes and product mockups.
• Build prototypes to communicate and improve the user experience.
• Develop and implement visual assets.
• Create and maintain specifications such as interface guidelines.

Requirements

• Solid academic background, ideally with experience in HCI or formal visual design.
• Past experience in designing web-based or client applications.
• Deep understanding of social internet technology and modern web interfaces.
• Solid knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of CSS and HTML and other advanced prototyping tools.
• Obessive attention to detail and quality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Natural ability to think out of the box and beyond normal conventions.
• Ability to multi-task and be proactive in a start-up environment.
• Strong, clean visual design sense.
