How would I manage to restart the launcher after an update? I was looking through the questions about how to restart the launcher and I think someone said you would need to reinstall. (Just fyi I reinstalled 4 times this past week)

Is there a roadmap for what the final interface changes will be? If I understand correctly, even 1.0 is still transitioning from the old unr interface to the html5. For instance, right now we can right click to bring up a more or less standard menu for programs not on the html5 launcher -- will that remain or is it going to be phased out? I guess what I am looking for is something similar to what Ubuntu did when they announced they were changing their netbook interface for 10.10. Even the parts that weren't finished, they had sketches of what was coming and descriptions of how it all goes together. Does Jolicloud have anything like that? If not, could something be put together?

It would be nice that when Jolicloud displays the message about x updates available from the status bar, that there would be a so the details of the updates can be seen. As it is now, you only can update, but you don't know what is being updated. I'm not suggesting a change log as someone did previously, but instead, just the name of the package(s) being updated. It makes people nervous to have updates applied but not being able to find out what is being updated. (I know you can use the update manager to get all of this information, but it is my understanding that this method is deprecated).
Why does my computer detect my wifi router, then not connect to it?

my wifi is detected by the computer, and asks for a password but even when i type the correct password it doesn't connect to the router. how can i fix this?

I just gave Jolicloud 1.0 a whirl on my HP Mini 311-1000CA (supposedly supported). I was unable to connect it at work. We have a hidden wireless SSID & I entered all the settings (confirmed by our IT staff) but after much frustration we all gave up trying to get it to connect. At home I was surprised to see the same issue. My D-LINK WBR-2310 also has a hidden SSID running WPA2. I was not able to connect. Making the network visible did not help until I reduced the security down to WPA -- then I was able to connect. However, leaving it at WPA but changing back to hidden status meant that I was no longer able to connect again (I get continually prompted for the password but it refuses to accept it). I deleted wireless networks & re-entered them & rebooted the machine literally dozens of times in the space of a few hours). I did not try the wired connection since using it is not even an option at work. Any thoughts how to get this resolved?

Spotify Acting Erratic

Spotify works inconsistently: sometimes it won't start when initiated, and the only way to start it is a reboot and wait for Jolicloud to "sync" the application.

This was a suggestion of mine, and seeing it implemented so elegantly... It's interesting how even the Jolicloud partition is here and with its own icon.
